Our shop works on an hourly rate based only on actual technician “hands-on time” and not actual bench time as most do. This keeps the labor bill to a reasonable, manageable amount.

We have a massive, in-house supply of parts both new and refurbished allowing us to provide fast turnaround on repairs. Lower cost used or refurbished parts will only be used with the customers approval, saving a considerable amount especially in older systems.

Our shop is built to conform to industry specific practices including conditioned power and anti-static precautions. Both static and poor power can destroy sensitive electronic equipment. Think about it, would you want medical treatment in a contaminated hospital?
